Payments: CakeUWish accepts the payments made via - Cash, Zelle, Paypal

Deposits/Retainers: All customers are required to pay 50% deposit to confirm the order and reserve your date, without retainer, we can’t guarantee to hold the date, priority is given to the paying customer, we ask that you be certain that you would like to work with us as all retainers are non-refundable. The remainder of the balance for orders is due at the time of the pickup. No desserts will be delivered if the payment is not received.

Alteration to orders: Any alteration to the order must be confirmed in writing and may be subjected to the additional charges, late changes to the order are possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed. Changes of the dates may incur additional charges or simply may not be possible due to CakeUWish schedule. Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, servings count, and design until 7 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 7-day point.

Cancellation of orders: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 7 Days of the event. You may make any changes that you wish to a retail order until 1 week prior to the pickup time. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or artwork will be available if changes are made within 1 week. We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests. Leftover cake can be frozen for another day in the event you have ordered too much for your guest count. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee: CakeUWish will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.

Transportation: Customer or representative is responsible for pick up, transport and setup the cake in case the pick is chosen at the time of order and assumes all liability and responsibility of the condition of the cake once it leaves the CakeUWish possession. If the delivery & setup option is chosen then CakeUWish also assumes all the all liability and responsibility of the condition of the cake until the setup and handed over to customer on their chosen primises.

Serving Sizes: A cutting chart can be provided to you if needed, with proper way to cut the cake to guarantee you get the numbers of the servings you paid form we guarantee that we provide the number of servings you paid for, CakeUWish can’t be held responsible if the person cutting the cake does not follow measurements and instructions.

Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with mile, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens, you agree to notify your guests if this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions, please let us know in advance if the are any allergies , so that we can take precautions, although this doesn’t guarantee an allergy free product since CakeUWish is not an allergen free environment.

If you are not satisfied: We take pride in our cakes and desserts, if you are dissatisfied with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours of pickup) of your concern and return your cake/dessert back to us and we will credit for use towards future purchase, All refunds will be provided as store credit of CakeUWish within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned item, we don’t provide cash refunds and will not refund money or give credit without having the cake returned.
